Our Swimming Lessons:
Beginner Classes (Stages 1-3):
We focus on building water confidence and developing fundamental swimming skills in young swimmers. Our lessons also teach essential life-saving techniques, including the face-up front paddle, ensuring children gain both safety and skill in the water. With a fun and engaging approach, our classes make learning to swim an enjoyable experience for every child.
Intermediate Classes (Stages 4-6):
Our lessons help swimmers develop their technique across the four main swimming strokes while enhancing essential water skills, including rolls, glides, and dives. We also incorporate water safety and survival training, ensuring children gain confidence, competence, and enjoyment in the water.
Advanced Classes (Stages 7-9):
Our advanced swimming sessions focus on refining technique, building stamina, and increasing speed. Students have the opportunity to participate in races, timed swims, and water polo, challenging themselves in a variety of activities. We are dedicated to helping every swimmer reach their full potential, keeping them fully engaged and stimulated throughout their swimming journey.
