Our Swimming Lessons:

 

Beginner Classes (Stages 1-3): 

• Focus on building water confidence and fundamental swimming skills.

• We teach essential life-saving techniques, such as the face-up front paddle.

• Our fun and engaging lessons make learning enjoyable for young swimmers.

Intermediate Classes (Stages 4-6): 

• Develop their technique across the four main swimming strokes.

• Enhance water skills, including rolls, glides, and dives.

• We incorporate water safety and survival training.

 

Advanced Classes (Stages 7-9): 

• Refine swimming technique, stamina, and speed.

• Participate in races, timed swims, and water polo.
